Past two months back, my brother was suffering from Typhoid consequently after one week he has symptoms of Jaundice. After treatment from multiple hospital.

He was admitted in Bhanu Jyoti Hospital due to shortening of breathe with liguria since 3 days, fluid overload and continous vomiting. On the same night after several investigation, doctor called our entire family and said to move him immediately to big hospital as his  heart rate was below 20 bpm and they were not in a situation to handle this critical condition.

With cardiac ambulance, Ashutosh was admitted to ICU  on 17th Dec 12.28am to AIMS hospital for further treatment. After investigation doctor diagnosed Ashutosh with Acute Left Ventricular Failure and Chronic Kidney Disease. Doctors advised for Kidney transplant as soon possible.

Ashutosh was just newly married one and half years back and he has a newly born two month baby who is still waiting for her father.

We decided to transfer Ashutosh to another hospital for second opinion hence, admitted him on Bombay Hospital on 24th December, 2019. After serologically investigation and renal profile doctor advised biopsy is not possible as it will lead to bleeding of kidney. And planned for AV Fistula surgery, permanent dialysis and Kidney transplant.

Ashutosh is on permanent dialysis twice a week and each dialysis cost around 3500 INR. And for Kidney Transplant around 15 Lacs.

 
Also, Me and my sister in law are ready to be Living donor for my brother and we consulting a lot of hospital in Mumbai and across other places for getting his cured soon.
