My child (Master Arshan)  is suffering from  "Acute Necrotising encephalopathy" it's a rare brain disease,https://radiopaedia.org/articles/acute-necrotising-encephalopathy I am driver by profession and I have already exausted what ever little saving I had , During COVID period I was out of job for nearly 1.5 years so I am requesting people to donate what ever they can and help me get out of this difficult situation.
