Arindam Sarkar, 50, is battling neuroendocrine small-cell prostate cancer at HCG Hospital, Bangalore. A loving husband, father to 10-year-old twins, and a brilliant professional who built a career in India and Africa, Arindam now lies in a hospital bed, fighting for his life.
His insurance of ₹10 lakhs is exhausted. The wife, Sreyasi Goswami and the family has no financial support left, and treatment costs are overwhelming — with single cycles running into several lakhs.

I studied with Arindam at Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and I know him as a man full of life, laughter, and generosity. That’s why I am raising this appeal — to help save not just a friend, but a father and a remarkable human being.

His Story
Arindam’s life has always been about passion and people.

• A strategist who worked with some of the best advertising agencies — Ogilvy, BBDO, McCann, Grey, Saatchi & Saatchi, Havas.
• A marketing leader for Godrej in East Africa.
• Co-founder of Paper Alive, an eco-friendly innovation venture in Nairobi.

Beyond his résumé, Arindam is known for his wit, warmth, and love for life. Ask anyone who studied or worked with him — he was the one who kept spirits high, who dreamed big, and who always had your back.

At home, he is a devoted father and husband, raising his 10-year-old twins with boundless love.

The Crisis
Two and a half months ago, doctors diagnosed Arindam with neuroendocrine small-cell prostate cancer.

Since then, he has been undergoing rounds of chemotherapy and immunotherapy:

• IV Immunoglobulin (25g × 5 days) — ₹3,72,345 per cycle
• Carboplatin, Etoposide, Atezolizumab and other chemotherapy drugs
  
• Recurring ICU and hospital expenses

His insurance cover is exhausted. His savings are gone. The family has no financial backup. His wife, Sreyasi Goswami, is doing everything she can to stay strong for him and their children, but this fight cannot be won without help.
