Team Unwired is the SAE India Collegiate club of National Institute of Technology Calicut. Here we do awesomeness and invent creative solutions to modern engineering problems. Every year we design and develop automotive engineering solutions from scratch, and we pit it against other teams in and out of the country.
We provide a platform for students to merge the odds and bust the myth about automotive engineering and engineering in general by including everyone from all pillars of engineering, this is because we believe everyone in every branch of engineering is vital to support and bring up the engineering community as a whole.
We supplement classroom learning with hands-on experience and industry exposure, we even take steps further by providing the freshers' classes about automotive, electronics and CAD modelling. But it doesn't stop there, we believe that everyone can do a podium finish, so we organize workshops for school students and differently abled children.

As we are aiming for a professional racing event, we are finding it increasingly difficult to find sponsorship for our project and the college fund is not adding up to the expenses that we are facing. But as the competition date is nearing we require sets of safety equipment for being able to compete in SUPRA SAE 2019. But as safety equipments which meet the required specifications are expensive and the work on the car is progressing towards the final stage, we are finding it difficult to divide between our priorities. So we are seeking backing in this crowdfunding platform to help us do better in the event.
