This is Amit Fatnani humbly requesting you for your kind support for the medical treatment of Mr Anukul Mitra a hardworking sole breadwinner of a family of 4, who is a parent of a daughter with special needs. The family is known to us since 10 years. Mr. Mitra suffered a Sudden Brain hemorrhage and brain surgery for the blood clot removal in the month of August. Unexpectedly he is again suffering from the same problem of Brain hemorrhage now and is on ventilator. He is receiving medication in Indravati Hospital, Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The family is in Urgent need of financial assistance of Rs 500000.
