My name is Annette and I am 54 years old. I am here to raise funds for myself. I live by myself in Kolkata. I have one son but is staying in Bangalore and does not help me.

I'm suffering from asthma, sleep apnea, high pressure, thyroid over the past years. I am receiving treatment in FORTIS HOSPITAL but not yet admitted.  However as is I don't have the resources for medicines I have discontinued them. As I have stopped medicines and not using my inhaler I face severe problems every year due to breathing problems. My biggest fear is that I stay alone and in case anything serious happens there is no one to help. Every year during the winter my health gets quite serious and last year had severe breathing problem and almost lost my voice. Due to my health condition I lost my good job in 2014 and since then facing many problems.

Until now, I've spent about Rs. 3 lacs on medical. I've arranged the amount from savings & loans.
