My name is Gangadhar Madhav, and I’m 27 years old. I live alone in Bangalore. Until recently, I believed I could handle anything life threw my way. However, in October 2025, a recurring breathing problem changed everything. On October 4th, tests revealed a serious illness. Since then, my mother has been admitted to Medanta Patna for valve replacement and repair.
I’ve exhausted all my options. My savings, provident fund, insurance, and loans have been used to cover approximately ₹4,00,000 of medical expenses so far. Now, I urgently need ₹12,00,000 more for the valve replacement/repair and continued treatment. As someone who has always been a giver—supporting ageing parents, helping brothers and their children—asking for help feels foreign and humbling. But survival leaves no other choice.
Living alone, the nights are the hardest. There’s no familiar voice at the doorway, no warm kitchen waiting, only hospital corridors and the steady beep of machines. Despite these challenges, I carry a stubborn, hopeful spirit. I want to keep giving and ensure my mother sees another tomorrow.
If you can help with a contribution, however small, you will not only support a medical procedure but also restore a fragment of hope to a solitary life that has given so much. Please donate and share this fundraiser link with your friends and family. Your generosity could mean the difference between despair and another chance at life. Today, I am facing the cruellest turn of fate alone.
With gratitude and hope,
Gangadhar Madhav
