Footsteps Foundation (IV-1903-00563/2021) aims to break the vicious cycle of poverty and
social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right
to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an
active and contributing member of our society.
The projects of Footsteps Foundation range from one-off humanitarian actions in response to a specific urgent need of basic services in marginalised communities to converting them to strong,
independent, and self-reliant people. The aim is to become a social changer through:-
Analysis and assessment of needs;
• Introducing community-based need development programs.;
• Empowering and developing local communities;
• Interaction with stakeholders;
• Analysing the needs of the stakeholders we are starting with a primary focus on health and
education.
• We give a voice to future generations and stand up for their rights by providing policy tools
to empower millions of people.
Project ANKUR is a tutorial for first generation learners studying in govt or semi-govt schools,
whose parents find it a challenge to support expensive tuition fees for the children. At present we
have 27 children in the tutorial and every day the numbers are increasing. Apart from tutorial support we also extend holistic development support as a human being.
We herewith share the Project for your kind perusal and necessary actions to support the cause.
Footsteps Foundation believes in "EDUCATION FOR ALL" and a country or society can only
progress when we have an educated and employable category mass. We are sure the education
and skill development of these children will help our industry to have employable human resources
in the coming years.
Whole Year support for children which includes:
• School Fees
• Books and Stationaries throughout the year and uniform
• Tutorial teacher’s honorarium.
• High protein evening snacks at the tutorial
• 1 Health Check Up & Eye Check Up
• Extra curricular activities like drawing and self defence classes
