Hi, I am Ankit Arora and I'm a national level cyclist. I have been cycling for 5 years across complete rural India, living with many locals in various villages across the country, learning about various art forms, traditions and livelihoods of the people at the grassroots of our country. In the process I had developed a special interest for promoting and making self sustainable alternatives with communities, mud and plastic recycled homes and teaching the practice of natural farming and wood working to various farmers. I was putting everything I had learned and the great amount of knowledge I gained into action.

Recently I built a self-sustaining village in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu near Bangalore. A community where one can practice all sorts of arts, crafts, organic farming and build natural mud houses. However, this beautiful journey seemed to have taken a major setback for my body and physical wellbeing. I did have some minor health conditions but little did I know that I would be here today. I am diagnosed with multiple illnesses including pancreatitis (enlargement of the pancreas and rotting), hepatomegaly (enlargement of liver), Brochities, Asthma, grade 2 injury in food tube and stomach injury. All of these issues can be treated and managed provided I get the proper support and care now and a failure to do so can cause major irreparable damage. My limited saving have been exhausted with the treatment and this is why I seek your support and help urgently. Any contribution will be of very great help.
