Story for the young girl who got shot.

We got a call from someone reporting about a dog being shot and screaming at the roadside. We rescued her and gave her necessary treatment.

According to the reporter all this dog wanted was a buddy to play with. She unknowingly entered a house and began to play with the owner lab. What did she get in return, a bullet to her spine. The owner of the lab didn't appreciate this stray dogs friendly gesture and rewarded her with a gun shot in her spine leaving her in pain and paralysed for life.

We got her xrays done showing the bullet pierced the pleural cavity of lung and got embeded in the spinal cord which paralysed her hind legs.

Thanks to People for Animals @pfa.official for getting the FIR registered against the abuser for this ridiculous crime.

Tina is our girl from our Aastha Kunj feeding point. Last year she met with a horrific accident which left her paw crushed. When she was rescued it looked as if she had to undergo amputation. But miraculously after months of treatement and rehabilitation her leg was saved.

Both the dogs have a grear opportunity to make their once in a lifetime journey across the continent to a wonderful future ahead.
