Piklu is the father of a 5-year-old girl, and the eldest son of a widow also his wife is a homemaker. The living condition of his family depends upon his income. Presently his both kidneys are not functioning, and the doctor suggested transplantation. While we are searching for the kidney donor, there is an immediate need for financial assistance. We need the money for the patient's travel to New Delhi, hospital admission, logistic support, operations and medicine charges. I am sharing patients photograph and photocopy of his medical report.
