    This fundraiser will benefit

    animals of FLAME University campus

    from Pune, Maharashtra

We - The Animal Welfare Committee at FLAME University take care of all of the needs of our campus animals. With over 45+ dogs and cats in and around campus, we ensure they are fed daily, receive necessary medical care, and are provided with everything required for their well-being.

While we receive support from the university to some extent, we are entirely self funded and the needs of the animals are growing day by day. From medical emergencies to vaccinations to daily food everything is managed solely through the funds we raise.

Over the years, we have helped many animals.

- Banana, a very beloved dog was abused on campus which resulted in behavioral issues. After several long months of boarding he finally got adopted into a loving home.

- Sambo, a dog who was run over by a car, leaving her hind legs and tail paralysed started to recover after many months of meds, physiotherapy and love.  Unfortunately she went missing during her recovery, once she had begun to run again, and we have not been able to find her ever since.

- Vango, a sweet loving boy, was found with a major maggot wound in his ear. The doctor had to amputate his ear but now he's living his best life. We strive to continue this important work, but we need financial support to make it possible.

- Helmet, our Indie girlie was run over by a speeding bus during a college festival, leaving her with spinal, hip and hind leg fractures. Found near a ditch the next day, she received urgent medical care, underwent multiple surgeries and rigorous physiotherapy. Despite financial struggles, we have fought to fund her recovery since. Now, we need further support to sustain her treatment; fund her needed sterilisation, crucial stages of rehabilitation as well as clear our dues.
