My name is Sateesh and I am here to raise funds for my friend Amzath Khan who is 23 years old.The accident changed his & family's life forever  Amzath works at Zomato as a delivery executive. Amzath was hit by a truck when he was to deliver some order of zomato by scooty and a truck passed through his leg. He was admitted in Nellore, after all check-ups and consultants his Leg had to be Amputated.

Amzath got married less than a year ago, he was working hard to lead a decent life and live a joyful life with is wife,All his dreams got shattered, and he's in depression since this accident.

His family and consulted the experts at "endolite india endolite prosthetic & orthotic services" and had decided go with "KNEE JOINT WITH ELITE VT FOOT" system which will cost him Rs. 800,000.00

Hence i have decided to start a fundraiser which would help Amzath,The family cannot afford this and they have no other sources of getting.
