My name is Rahul Kumar and I am here to 'Raise Funds' for my elder brother Amit’s treatment, who is fighting with Cardiac issues and need to have multiple valve replaced urgently.

Amit is a 26 year young person who is residing in Bengaluru, hometown is Ranchi, Jharkhand. He completed his Engineering in the year 2015. He was a healthy and active person, aspiring a corporate career and he was on his success path.

Unfortunately last year he had cardiac issues and had to go for an open heart surgery to change one of the valves. He was recovering from it and was on rest till this August. Then he moved back to Bangalore to resume his career but unfortunately 3 days back, It started with high fever due to some unknown viral. The viral initially caused weakness and cough then it turned out to be the Cardiac problem.

Currently he is in ICU under Life Support Systems support (Fortis Hospitals, Bannerghatta Road Bengaluru) and treatment is ongoing from last 3 days. Doctors have advised that he would need an immediate open heart surgery.
Initial 2-3 days doctors had tried to make him stable and now he has slowly started responding to the treatment and Doctors are asking for an immediate surgery to replace two (2) valves and repair 1 leaking valve.

The further treatment cost will be around 12 to 15 lakhs.

I have just started my career and ours is a typical middle class family and we are doing all our best to make my beloved brother back to normal, but our financial sources are limited and getting 12-15 Lakhs is a huge amount for us.
