It is with emmence joy I would love to share that, I , Aman Bisht from Dehradun, is selected for International Calisthenics Championship which is going to be in Italy. I feel proud to also add that I am the first person to represent our nation in this category. It is a proud moment but at the same time hardly half of our population knows about what this sport actually is, and thus requires support of people like you, who are doing great in pushing  athletes like me towards victory and setting a benchmark.


Calisthenics or callisthenics is a form of strength training consisting of a variety of movements that exercise large muscle groups, such as standing, grasping, pushing, etc. These exercises are often performed rhythmically and with minimal equipment, as bodyweight exercises.


I am giving my best to make my country feel proud, and all I need is a push to make all this more successful. As I have earlier mentioned that this Championship is in Italy, it requires economical support to consider my expenses of staying, equipments to practice, and other accessories.
