Urgent help!
Hello,
I am posting this on behalf of Alizeh. This has been verified personally. Also, this is an urgent time-bound request.
She is one among the many transpeople who have suffered during the lockdown terribly. Recently she has been asked to vacate her room and shift asap because the owner has sold the house to someone. She has been earning mostly through sex work and begging. She is mostly looking out for funds so that she can shift from the place where she is staying along with her parents who suffer from diabetes and other health issues and are not in a good state. She has already found a place where she can stay. It is a transfriendly neighborhood. She is just unable to earn so much to rent an apartment for now.
The deposit they're asking is 20K and the rent would be 7K. Currently we are trying to raise for 20K but would need a bit of help with the monthly rent too till situation gets better.
She also is looking for job opportunities. She is an under grad, had to leave college because of constant transphobia. She is an actor, storyteller and a writer. She is mostly looking for creative jobs. Do let know if any opportunities in and around Mumbai are available.
