Words from Alex himself : In the year 2011, I was studying in 2nd year B. Com, I was diagnosed with C. K. D. (Chronic kidney disease). I was treated at J. S. S. Hospital Mysuru. We spent more than 5 lakhs and then I was discharged but under medication.

I completed my graduation. I used to do some jobs to meet my medical expenses. Again last February I was affected by the same problem. After many tests and examination creatine was increased by 12. The doctor declared that the both the kidneys were damaged and transplant was inevitable.

From October 2019 I have to undergo dialyses twice a week. It is getting critical day by day. I have no father and mother is an Anganawadi worker. Her pay is barely enough for our basic needs. She has obtained loans for my treatment. It is impossible for us to spent anymore. I am receiving treatment in St. John's Hospital, Bangalore.
