My Name is Kanishka, raising funds for my sister, AKSHITHA for her amputated leg.

She had studied up-to 7th standard, but due to some health issues she had discontinued her studies.

AKSHITHA was born with a Congenital deformities of limbs. (i.e. with a percentage of disability- 68%). Doctors had done the examination and told that to do an amputation for her left leg, and so they have made the surgery within 9 days of her birth.

At the age of  9 years, in the year 2013, due to some flu like symptoms, she got suffered from Seizure disorder (fits), from then she has started suffering with this issue very frequently.

Then again, she got affected with this epilepsy disorder in 2015 and her knee joint bone got dislocated, even after undergoing two rod surgeries her leg didn't come into right position. So, Doctors had again amputated 80% of her leg till thigh region.

As she is unable to walk with her Jaipur rubber Foot, I and my family thought to have a German prosthetic leg for her Amputed leg. So that she will able to walk like a normal person.

We have approached Otto Bock HealthCare India Private Ltd. for the prosthetic leg. Doctors had suggested the German Leg, price ranging from INR 6,00,000/- to INR 20,00,000/-.

As, we belong to middle class, couldn't able to spare the amount for her medical treatment and German prosthetic leg. We thought to have a basic prosthetic leg pricing INR 6,00,000/-.

As the amount required is huge. I and my family members are requesting everyone to donate as much as you can for her better future.
