Since I have limited access to financial support at this present moment because of my physical condition & my family resources are currently limited,

I've been suffering from spinal cord disease for the past few years. I have been strongly advised for Disc decompression surgery in Sir Gangaram Hospital but have not yet been admitted due to financial reasons.
In the next few weeks, I need Rs.5,00,000 for further treatment which includes surgery, post-op care, medications, physiotherapy and basic living expense durinf the first 3 months of my surgery and revovery.
Until now, I've spent over Rs. 200,000 with the help of mutual aid from friends and fam over the last few years. I have consistently been working on pain management, physiotherapy, medicines, and have had two epidurals last year. While there is immense improvement, the pain, numbness and burning sensation is increasing and I cant do much physical activity at the moment due to this.
