I am Akanchha Dubey, a Teach for India 2021 fellow placed in a Sant Gadge Maharaj PMC school in Kondhwa, Pune. I am teaching Mathematics to 120 cute little kids of grade 6, intending to provide quality education to my kids and bridge the educational inequity prevailing in society for the economically weaker section.
The pandemic has hit the community's kids at varying levels, widening the educational inequity. Despite being in the same class, my kids are at different grade levels.
Why am I here?
I plan lessons differently for all my kids to cater to their needs. I have been designing worksheets for my kids at different grade levels, which have to be printed daily from nearby printing shops. It is not a financially sustainable way, looking at the variety of worksheets I prepare and print. So, I decided to raise funds to get a quality printer for my kids.
Of course, this is not possible without the generous support of you all. I would be highly grateful and would greatly appreciate it if you all could contribute any amount to raise Rs 30,000/- for the printer and any further expenses needed for printing the worksheets in the next 2 years.
Thanking you all in advance.
