Daily wage workers and their families have been the worst affected due to the ongoing lockdown to tackle Covid-19. They have no income & are struggling to meet their daily needs for survival.
We have identified 1000 affected families of DAILY WAGERS in Tribal Block . We have distributed Kindness (Rashan Kit) to 142 families, Lots of families are remaining, Please come forward to help. Video of distribution already uploaded Rs. 854 can feed to keep them nourished and healthy. Still 858 families are remaining to feed. In Coronavirus lockdowns, there are thousands of people in Latur City who are struggling for one meal a day because their families depend on daily wage earners who have now lost their jobs. AHILYA NGO has identified such families - who have no way to earn their living for the next fortnight.
We request all of you to understand your social responsibility and step forward to help those who help all of us daily - informal waste pickers, domestic helpers & laborers.
We have made which contains 1 kg Rice, 2 kg Grains, 4 kg Atta, Oil, 1 kg Sugar and Dettol Soap, 1 kg Salt that can last a family for 15 days, they will be provided be it masks, sanitizers in the immediate run or the provision of food packets to those who've already run dry of all resources - this amount will be used sensibly. A small contribution from you, could go a long way. This money will be spent with my permission and by volunteers who're working with me, so be rest assured.
All it costs you is Rs.854 per family! And they will not have to worry about going ill, hungry in these already difficult Situation.
