  Film Summary

On Valentine’s night, a pathologist ( Adam) who studies the architecture of death invites his lover into the surreal  glow of his autopsy lab - only to experience the living body proves far less predictable than the dead.   .

In brief, the film unfolds part comic, part baroque horror. It’s a sensory spectacle as it leaves you asking how far will a human obsession go  disguised  before it devours itself?

However, this campaign aims to raise the funds for the production of this visually bold genre-blending short film supporting  particularly set design, prosthetic art, and special effects, all essential to create its unique visual tone.

Materializing Ruby Night is an ambitious task. The film’s stylized visuals, set design, lighting set ups, choreography of the gore, and practical effects demand careful coordination and resource management.

That said, we’ve planned ahead. Our team includes experienced cinematographer, production designer, and makeup artists who understand how to make the most of limited resources without compromising quality.

We’ve already built a realistic production schedule and backup plans to handle any unexpected hurdles during the shoot. Independent filmmaking always carries some uncertainty, but what we have is clarity, commitment, and a shared passion for telling this story.

With your support, we’re confident, in overcoming these challenges and making  Ruby Night with the artistic depth and visual quality it deserves.
