Since the death of their father 5 years back Afreen's family is going through tough situations. She has her mother, a brother and 5 sisters in her family. Their mother, who is sick and old cannot go for any job. None of the sisters are educated or married. Family was leading a normal decent life till death of her father. He was into real estate business and was earning well.  Family was leading a normal decent life till death of her father, but after this incident everything went wrong. Now her brother Umar is trying to make a living for them, through all the contacts of his father.

After several years of hardship, they were happy when Afreen's marriage was fixed. Again another bad luck hit the family in the form of Yolk Sac tumor. This happened very immediately after Afreen's marriage got fixed. The Groom's family is still ready for the marriage if she survives the condition.

Currently this Young Girl is taking chemotherapy but she have to undergo stem cell treatment and Autologous BMT  for complete cure. All their friends and family are supporting them, but still the treatment cost is way far that they can afford.
If this treatment is done , she can have a new life and this may help the entire family too.
