For many young girls in India, the idea of becoming a lawyer feels distant - not because of lack of talent, but because of limited exposure, guidance and opportunity. Most people think law only happens in courtrooms, but it actually shapes so many parts of our lives — from business and policy to human rights and social change. 
Pathways to Justice is an initiative designed to fundamentally change this perception, presenting law as a meaningful and achievable career path for young women.
This initiative focuses on girls in their early to mid-teens - a pivotal time in their lives where curiosity begins to shape future ambitions. By introducing them to different areas of law and real-world applications, we aim to build awareness, confidence and belief in their ability to pursue this direction. 
The fund operates through a dual approach: 

• Awareness and exposure: helping girls understand that there are many forms of law in India and how legal careers impact society beyond courtrooms. 
• Access and opportunity: providing financial support for CLAT coaching to girls who show interest & potential but lack the means to pursue the formal preparation. 

In partnership with Hamari Pahchan, Pathways to Justice is dedicated to supporting young girls from underserved communities in India as they embark on their journey toward a future in law. This initiative is more than just education; it is about giving them the ability to dream of becoming future lawyers, leaders and changemakers. 
Every single contribution helps to dismantle a barrier, bringing a young girl one step closer to discovering her full potential.
