Hi, I am Aditya, 23 and as most of you know I am trans. This means I identify as male though my body doesn't quite match up to my brain.

It's hurting me inside but I can't express because I belong to a very conservative family. I've been dreaming of having a flat chest since I went through puberty at 12 years old. I learnt myself about top surgery for the first time when I was 19. I've known since then that I desperately want it for myself.
