My name is Sunil Kumar and I am here to raise funds for my brother Prasana Kumar's son, ADITH PRASANA KUMAR (8) from Marathakkara,Thrissur,Kerala (st) diagnosed with Chronic Liver Disease with Portal Hypertension due to a combination of severe jaundice and studying in 4th standard. His condition is so serious that his belly gets swollen and it needs to be periodically tapped away to prevent serious damage to his body.  The Doctor has said that the only long-term solution to this condition is to perform a Liver Transplant. Since an exact match could not be found, his mother has come forward to donate part of her Liver even though the cost of the operation is ₹21.5 Lakhs. They have only approximately ₹10 Lakhs at their disposal which is being constantly used due to his regular visit to the Hospital. They are currently finding it very difficult to finance the operation.  Brothers and Sisters! They are desperate!
