My name is Prince Rai and I am here to raise funds for my nephew Abishai who is 4 years old. Abishai lives in Chhattisgarh with his parents.
He is suffering from Heart Air Pipe Obstruction from the past few months. Abishai is currently receiving treatment at PGI Chandigarh. He has been admitted thrice in Emergency ward and also PGI is planning for Broncoscopy test. And also there will be frequent travel for his checkups. From Chhatisgarh to Chandigarh.
Until now, we've spent about Rs. 45000.
