Abhishek Kumar Rawani, a 19 year old 12th student from P K Roy Memorial College,Dhanbad under J.A.C Boar`d, was a victim of a freak road accident on the National Highway 2 Govindpur cowa bandh on 06 october 2019 in night. Abhishek was driving his bike and was suddenly hit by a unkown vehicle. Very unfortunately, his right arm was smashed under the Vehicle wheels. He also sustained head injuries his forehead and miraculously the injury wasn't a major one. He also is left with fractured fingers. He was rushed to The Mission Hospital within next morning and attended by the emergency staff.
My name is Sagar, I was an emergency responder and I helped to shift Abhishek to the Emergency Room in an Ambulance to the Mission Hospital in Durgapur, West Bengal. It was humbling to see so many bystanders making an attempt to help Abhishek. I spent those tense 10 minutes in the Ambulance with Abhishek and I can tell you that Abhishek is a young man with very big dreams. Abhishek's ambition is to become an Rap Singer one day. He is extremely worried about his Arms and Neck , ability to move around and also about his future. The emergency room expense is very high- and Abhishek is scheduled to undergo a major Higher Treatment to reconstruct the shattered Arm and Neck. The hospital has already quoted Indian Rupees 10,00,000/- to 12,00,000/- for the surgery. The rehabilitation expenses are unknown at this time. This accident also is going to put him off from his upcoming semester exams. His Dad is a private Driver and the entire family is devastated by this unfortunate incident. They don't have any other earning member to support and only a week before the family had incurred medical expenses to treat Abhishek's mother for health issue. They don't have any personal insurance for support and this unfortunate situation has put their family in a deep financial burden.
My humble request;
Please help Abhishek to deal with this crucial surgery to reconstruct his Arms and Neck and see him walk again.
Please help Abhishek's family to overcome this unexpected financial burden.
