My self Nasir Basha & I am here to raise funds for my 15 month old baby, Abdur Raheem Shaik. Abdur Raheem is suffering from Brain Disease, (West Syndrome, & Global developmental delay). He was getting treated at CMC Vellore & due to my financial condition we had to shift him to Rajiv Gandhi institute of medical sciences (RIMS) Hospital, Kadapa Andra Pradesh.
