Case Sheet:  Severe head injury with skull fractures and nasal bone fracture.Due to road accident there is fracture on right frontal wall of skull. He is in long coma due to Diffused Axonal head Injury. It takes approximately minimum a week more to just come out of danger and even recovery takes more than month time during which patients needs to kept on life support.

Details of the patient: He is student of ITI Dalsinghsarai, Samastipur, Bihar. He is the only hope and his poor farming family of village Bharoul, Begusarai. he met with road accident when he was travelling to write one competitive exam. His family already indebted to with his study expenses.
For 6 days, we got bill of 1.5 lakhs and he have no insurance coverage.
