Shailusham Arts & Creations® is a Non-Profit Organization Pro-Active since 2010 serving and showcasing the Society with Various Art forms across various Genres of Music & Dance and age groups and widely spread across to differnt categories of People. Specially focused on the Differently Abled/Artistic Children who are deeply facing the issues of Autism (Its a Mental status, present from early childhood, characterized by great difficulty in communicating and forming relationships with other people and in using language and abstract concepts!

We at Shailusham have been training about close to 120 children who are facing these concerns and have been committed to provide them platforms to showcase their Potential talent to the society & trying to support them in their uplifting their dancing .
To support them we also have few globally acclaimed artists performing in the festival which is to be held in the month of November 2018 @ Bangalore.

ANANTH VIKRAM & CHAITRA ANANTH:
Brief Overview:
Ananth Vikram is a Versatile Bangalore based Artist with an International repute pursuing Indian Classical Dance, Carnatic Vocal, Yakshagana, Acting, Martial Art (Kalaripayattu) & as Recording & Dubbing artist. He heads his brain child Organization `Shailusham Arts & Creations (R)` !!
A Critically Acclaimed Dancer & Vocalist, he have performed at prestigious festivals in the Country and Abroad. She has also worked with many NGO’s and Organizations to spread the art form so that it would reach even the lives of those who are not privileged enough to get professional training.

CHAITRA ANANTH is an accomplished Stage, Television & Film Artist who has undergone intensive training in various dance styles. Chaitra started to dance from the age of 5 and took to formal training from the age of 10. She was honored as best dancer of the year by Honorable Governor of Karnataka for her splendid performance in a western dance style.

She is an architect by Qualification. However, Chaitra is passionate about educating Special & Mentally Challenged children. She is mostly indulged in training these kind of Children and alongside focused on mentoring Autism affected children and providing them as much as platforms for them to showcase their talents. Also, She is educating and nurturing various young talents in the field of Indian Cultural Heritage at several esteemed institutions namely JGI (Jain Group), Shantiniketan, etc.

She received her initial training in Contemporary, western styles (Salsa, Jazz, ballroom, Texas), free style dance, Dance Aerobics, Indian Folk under her Guru Prasanth (Viva Dance group) and Stephen from Bombay. Also she had her advance training from her life partner Ananth Vikram. She had been awarded as ‘Choreographer of the Year’ for her Direction by FEMINA BLOCKBUSTER magazine in Bombay.
Chaitra has also experienced the vocabulary of the Martial Art Kallari Payattu. As a teenager, she had accomplished & featured in various Kannada films like “Deepavali” (Acted with one of the legend actor Dr.Vishnuvardhan) and Mega Serials namely “Silly Lalli”, “Paapa Paandu”, “Chaduranga”, “Yadva Tadva”, etc.

OUR VISION:
The Purpose of Art is to bring Oneself closer to Divinity by channeling the energy
resources inherent in all human beings. Passion towards Art is not bound by social and Economical norms, no one should be deprived of the beautiful experience of learning an art form or their dreams should not be dictated by their background.
Endeavors like this are Incomplete without Moral and Financial Support.
Proceeds through this fundraiser will help us in Curating the festival which include Practice sessions, Costumes, Venue, Technicians, music composition and artist remuneration. Also it will support further education of Shailusham® students.

Even the smallest  contribution will be appreciated. We will be providing donor passes to donations above Rs. 5000/-.
