Need help..
My mother Bindu kothari  suddenly faced a paralysis attack due to blood clotting in brain .

Brief complaints with present history : 

• L/O Right sided weekend with slurring of speech and acequte onset Right Left weekend then progressively to Right UL . 
• Poor Echo window concentric left ventricooler hypertrophy 
• Diastolic dysfunction LVH
