I am kasi from kommadikottai, located in tuticorin district, tamilnadu,india.
I am writing on behalf of my younger brother,lakshmanan(21),
whose both the kidney are failed for last 2 years and now,in a
critical advanced stage.
He is currently have to perform dialysis twice a week and awaiting for kidney.
We are coming from a poor family where father does not support us and mother is an housewife.I am taking care of my brother in Chennai which stops me to go to a job.
So far we have managed the situation with our near and dears but the medical expenses are too much to handle by us,especially with no income.
