Support The Dog Lady of Delhi In Building an Animal Hospital.
To be born in the streets is a curse, be it a human or a dog.
The silent suffering of the ‘man’s best friend’ on the streets of the country and unconditional love for animals, was what made Aparaajitha Ramadyani, take up a compassionate crusade for stray animals in India in the year 1996. Ever since ‘The lady with a Golden Heart’ has rescued and rehabilitated over 400 stray dogs using her personal resources and sadly not many know of her selfless service for these voiceless souls.
Till now she has come alone on this journey, but she really wants this passionate service to continue even after her. Aparaajitha has sold off her flat and pledged her ancestral house to build a beautiful facility for the dogs in Greater Noida, and she wants to build a hospital and a crematorium for which she needs support.
Just like her dogs, Aparaajitha too has a story. From being the first lady to be selected into the paramilitary from the southern part of India, a stint in the Special Protection Group where she worked with 7 Indian Prime Ministers and being Asia's first woman commandant in the Central Reserve Police Force, her life was always filled with immense pride and glory. But Aparaajitha hung her boots of the well decorated paramilitary service after her husband’s sudden demise in 2004 and fully dedicated her life towards these voiceless souls.
Her canine abode in Greater Noida houses 107 wagging tails including pedigreed dogs that have been abandoned by their masters. She has also established the Pawsters Foundation, a charitable animal welfare organization for the beautiful souls she calls her ‘children’

Dear All,
We are grateful for the love and support we have received from each and every one of you for our mission of creating a forever home, hospital and crematorium in Greater Noida for the paws.
Your support has enabled us to to believe that when a committed group of people join hands and come together, nothing is impossible. It is not the amount but the love and intent that matters in this endeavour.
This was the first milestone in our journey, but we have to cover many more milestones and we are confident that you all are with us.
Thank You for the continued support.
