Save 6 Orphaned NewBorn Puppies. Help Them Live A Healthy Life.
Hi, I am Shubhra Tyagi, an animal lover and rescuer and I share the story of 6 Newborn Orphaned Puppies who were Rescued half frozen to death After A Hailstorm.
A Homeless and nameless street dog gave birth to a litter of 6 during a massive cold Rain and Hail storm. The weak, malnourished mother desperately tried to keep her Puppies warm and safe but lost her life due to severe hypothermia. The puppies were suddenly motherless, getting wet, hungry with no one to hear their feeble cries of help. After a night of being soaked in coldest of rains, RajKumar, a driver working with cattle rescue van, took pity on them and got them to Kaveri Rana's Home. Seeing the frozen and barely alive pups the kind-hearted lady immediately took them in and started their intensive lifesaving measures including drying the frozen pups and getting their body temperature to normal. The pups were rushed to a vet and put on Puppy Formula as per his advise.
The puppies are safe and warm now and will be available for adoption once they are of age.
The Pups eyes aren't open yet and they need 24/7 intensive care and need to be fed every 2 hours and manually helped to poo and pee. Kaveri has 16 Rescue dogs of her own and a Sanctuary full of 70 plus sick and injured dogs. To ensure that they get adequate time and intensive care the 6 furballs are being moved to a Paid Foster Home. Sneh Foster has been kind enough to waive off their normal charges for these Rescue Pups and charge a minimal of INR 125 per pup per day which is the bare minimum to care for them. They shall be staying in the foster home till they are 60 days old.
