I am raising funds for Bhageya. She has been a Nanny for our 4 year old son for the last 3 years.

She is a single mother and has two kids- 10 year old son and 3 year old daughter. Her husband left her the day her daughter was born and did not ever come back. Bhageya has a younger unmarried sister and they both work from 7 in the morning till 7 in the evening 7. Until last week Bhageya’s mother used to take care of her kids. Last week Bhageya’s mother expired and she is now alone responsible for the future of her children. Her mother's illness resulted in a loan of Rs. 1 lac on Bhageya. In the absence of anyone at home to look after her kids, either her or her sister has to stay back at home. 

This means they have to survive at one person's earnings, repay the loan, manage children's education, and ensure two meals a day for the family. 

Through this fund raiser, we want to raise money for betterment of her children's future.

This amount, when raised, would be put into a fixed deposit. The interest would help Bhageya support her children’s education and ensure that they can break this cycle of poverty.

This is a chance for us to help a single mother fight her battle against all the odds.
