My name is Prem Sundar Chakravarty  and I am here to fundraise for my brother-in-law, Himansu who has been diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease. The expenses till today have been around Rs.35,00,000. But he needs a transplant to fully recover. Which will cost around Rs.8,00,000. He is being treated in BILLROTH Hospital, R A Puram, Chennai.

Since 3 years, Himansu is under dialysis. He has undergone spine & both eye cataract surgery. Done fistula in all possible parts of his body that too several times. All his savings have been exhausted. He is jobless & no Medical insurance. His wife, Mrs. Ratna Chatterjee will donate her Kidney. So, her testing & treatment is also going on. He has one daughter & son, who are alone in Bhubaneswar, in the mercy of neighbors. To meet his current expenditures & lifesaving kidney transplant, he needs financial support now.
