This project aims to reduce the instance of female foeticide in India.
Through this project I want to adopt a village and plant a mahogany tree for every girl child born in the village. The girl when attains 18 years of age decides what she wants to do with the sale proceeds of the wood from the tree. Thus giving the family a financial pledge.
This would also enable the girl to aspire for higher education and get a better life

I want to buy a large piece of land, and then plant mahogony saplings on that land and transfer the title of that tree to a girl child.
