Sishna Anand can't hear, speak or see. She was born as a deaf child with heart problem and cataract in both the eyes. She lost vision of her right eye after a surgery went wrong when she was just 4 months old. Underwent a heart surgery at the age of 2. After the age of 6, her left eye was operated 3 times to treat glaucoma, but in vain.
She started learning Braille, sign language, and computer since 2015. She makes flowers, pens and bags with paper and also loves to teach others. Her latest passion is to learn classical dance!
Sishna now wants to pass SSLC (10th) in NIOS syllabus. She needs the help of a PowerBrailler and a couple of other tools, that are costly, and has to be imported, in order to pursue her studies and earn her bread.
