My name is Sindhu nisha, daughter of Manju devi and I am raising funds for her who is suffering from  chronic kidney disease stage 5 which needs dialysis thrice a week and kidney transplant. She is undergoing treatment at Private Multispeciality Hospital, and doctors are prescribing us urgent action. The overall treatment will cost more than Rs. 20 lakh and we need funds to continue the treatment.
