Though our infrastructure and teaching are good the poor students cannot pay any fees due to their poverty. They prefer government schools due to freebies like no school fees, free uniform and books and various other free handouts at government schools.
If we provide total free education, free transportation and free lunch it would help these poor kids study at our quality education imparting school. On an average we calculated the schooling expenses of 1 kid including all sorts of school fees, special fees, free books and note books, free uniforms-shoes, ID badges, belt and tie, free stationary, free van transportation by school vans from surrounding 20 villages and nutritious free lunch for all students to be Rs.2000 per month. If we enroll 500 students and a monthly expense of Rs.2000 per kid per month, we would arrive at a monthly expense of Rs10,00,000.00 ( Rupees Ten Lakhs ). That is a monthly budget of Rupees 10 lakhs would be needed to provide quality English medium education to these deserving 500 poor kids.
This is one way and best way of helping the poor rural kids achieve good education with sound knowledge which will help them acquire good jobs and raise the standard of life for themselves, their families and their communities and villages they live in.
