My name is Santush Boruah and I am here to fundraise for my mother, Rekha.

My mother is diagnosed with Stage 4 ALK Positive lung Cancer (https://lcfamerica.org/lung-cancer-info/types-lung-cancer/alk-positive-lung-cancer/) 15 days back. The doctor has said that for this type of cancer there are 3 drugs (oral) which need to be taken at least for a year. Each month of drug costs around 1.5-2 lakhs. This amount of medication cost is not possible for us. My father is a school teacher and we are two brothers - I have just completed Engineering and my brother is in class 10. I am yet to get a job and with the current financial condition, we cannot afford the treatment. So, we need desperate help in organizing at least 15 lakhs approximately for my mother's treatment.

We are from Amguri Town, Sivasagar, Assam and the treatment is going on Shankara Cancer Hospital Bangalore.
