My name is Krish Vishwas and I am here to raise funds for my father Ramakrishnan TV who is 62 years old. Ramakrishnan TV lives in Bannerghatta road, Bengaluru with his spouse & children.
The patient has been diagnosed with Diabetes and Kidney damage since a very long time. He had already undergone 15 dialysis till now. But unfortunately on 22nd of July, 2021 he fell down from a chair due to which his hip joint is fractured completely. He is yet to receive Hip joint replacement Surgery at ProMed Hospital, Bangalore, Karnataka. Until now, we've spent about Rs.20,000
