Patient Name : Byru Ramakrishna

Age : 18 years.
He is suffering with dilated cardiomypath with severe RV & LV Dysfunction. He will need a heart transplantation as a life saving measure for the cure of his condition. detailed reports are attached from Apollo hospitals, Hyderabad. Approximately estimated cost of surgery and other medical expenses will be around 25-35 Lacks.

Disease Description: Patient was admitted in hospital on 11th April 2018. As per Electorocardiogram showed sinus rhythm, T inversion in V1-V6. The Eechocardiography revealed all chambers dilated.  sever left ventricular systolic dysfunction. right ventricle dysfunction present. Global hypokinesia of left ventricle, mild mitral regurgitation, sever low pressure tricuspid regurgitation, mild pulmonary arterial hypertension, mild pericardial effusion, bilateral large pleural effusion.
