Through protests, events and campaigns with members of parliament, the activists of Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF) have been able to address and prevent a lot of human rights violations of men and their families in India.

SIFF's campaigns have led to CrPC41 amendment in 2010, which brought accountability to arrests and investigation processes all over the country. Its campaigns also led to Govt of India adding a special clause for punishment for filing false allegations when the sexual harassment at workplace law was enacted during 2012-2013 by India's parliament.

SIFF has campaigned to create awareness about now much maligned section 498a and even intervened in public interest litigations filed about this section of IPC. This has led to both Supreme Court and Govt of India acknowledging the misuse of the law and making attempts to address this. A lot more needs to be done though.

In India, more than 2 crores (20 million) men faced domestic violence and yet there is no law to protect these male victims. The laws of sexual harassment, domestic violence and rape exclude male victims. Often male victims of these crimes are ridiculed.

Almost 150,000 young men lose access to their children every year, if they are going through marital problems. This is not just a men's issue, but this is a serious issue involving children, and their safety and well being. Every year, more than 24000 men commit suicide due to family reasons.

This fundraiser in created to raise funds for funding the campaigns, protests and events of SIFF in different cities of India including New Delhi.

Your donations will help end some of policies which perpetrate the institutionalized discrimination of men.

Save Indian Family Foundation (SIFF) was founded in 2006 and it is currently creating Men's Community Centers at different cities in India. At present, it has community centers at New Delhi and Bangalore. SIFF also conducts workshops on matrimonial laws and stress management for distressed men in different cities.
