Dear Friends, Pradeep kumar, 48 years old lives in village from Alleppey, kerala. Pradeep kumar medical history is critical since he was diagnosed with cardiac problems for past 5years. He had an angioplasty with 4 heart blocks which then ended in sad note on adding pacemaker. Repeated kidney problems and other difficulties had made the heart weaker day by day which in result cardiologist has purposely suggeated a heart transplant. Since pradeep kumar is from a lower middle class family, end to end basic  needs and 2 kids education are being a huge challenge.
