Build a Playground for Doddahulluru Government School

The Bake Collective is raising funds to help build a playground for a Doddahulluru Government School (DGS), Bangalore.

DGS, built in 1903, is a co-ed Kannada medium government school that educates over 165 children. At the moment, this school that caters to the poorest of the poor is without a playground.

Thus Gudgudee in collaboration with Playground Ideas, The Power of Play, Anthill Creations and Headstream- will design and build a low-cost playground for DGS. The key feature of the playground is the use of recycled materials such as tyres- which will help form the 'aeroplane' and 'wall car tyre'.

The funds raised will be used for:
1. Playground elements such as 'aeroplane' and 'wall care tyre'.
2. Painting
3. Basic landscaping
4. Supervision & management
