HELP US FIGHT FOR THE CAUSE OF PERIOD POVERTY!
Menstruation is a natural process experienced by half of the world's population, yet it remains shrouded in stigma and taboo. As a result, many people who menstruate feel ashamed or embarrassed about their periods, and they may even face discrimination or exclusion because of it. However, it's important to remember that menstruation is a normal bodily function, and it's nothing to be ashamed of.
One of the biggest challenges faced by menstruating people is access to menstrual products. In many parts of the world, period products are expensive, difficult to obtain, or simply not available. This can lead to girls and women missing school or work, and it can even put their health at risk. That's why it's important to promote menstrual equity and ensure that everyone has access to the products they need to manage their periods.
Another issue related to menstruation is menstrual pain and discomfort. Many people experience cramps, bloating, and mood changes during their periods, which can be disruptive to their daily lives. It's important to educate people about ways to manage these symptoms, such as through over-the-counter pain relief medication, exercise, and relaxation techniques.
Finally, it's crucial to challenge the stigma surrounding menstruation and to promote open and honest conversations about periods. When we talk openly about menstruation, we can help break down the barriers that prevent people from seeking the help and support they need. By raising awareness and promoting menstrual health and hygiene, we can create a world where menstruation is accepted as a normal part of life, and where everyone has access to the resources they need to manage their periods with dignity and respect.

We conduct regular distribution drives wherein we strive to provide 50,000 Sukhad kits to underprivileged women. Each kit contains 24 packets of pads, 6 soaps and 50-60 disposal envelopes. At just 450 rupees, you can guarantee 3 months of menstrual hygiene and comfort to an underprivileged woman.
Sukhad Kit for 1 woman for 3 months = Rs. 450/-
Sukhad Kit for 5 women for 3 months = Rs. 2,250/-
Sukhad Kit for 1 woman =Rs.1800/- for a year.
Sukhad Kit for 5 women = Rs.9000/- for a year.
We have been conducting distribution drives from the inception of our NGO and we aim to conduct these every week in different areas.
Your contribution for 1 woman would be essential to bring change in the society. We wish to help at least 50,000 menstruators this year by providing them with access to healthy and safe periods.
