Hello,
My brother age is 33 year, I am from Ahmedabad (Gujarat). My brother heart has widened by diabetes.(since 2 years)
My brother heart working is 20% and heart getting oxygen 20%. My brother's skin become darker day to day and he gets tired soon.
We have consult 7 to 10 hospitals such as U.N.Maheta, Apollo, Cims, AIIMS (delhi)...etc (Ahmedabad hospitals) and all hospitals told me for heart transplant.

This operation is very costly, I hope I can save my brother but not without your help. do not have the funds to afford the treatment.
