The Latin word ‘Ministro’ means, to serve, help, assist, etc. and we at The Ministro Foundation are here to do just that.
We are a Secular, Not-for-Profit organisation based in Chennai and our primary aim is to build young people who are in the age group of 15-30 years in order to create a stronger generation for tomorrow.
We do that through what we call, the 3 E’s:

- Effect new opportunities
- Enable the building of individuals and society
About our Programme
My Life – My Future is a programme that develops Career Focus and Life Skills for youngsters. We have 3 different programmes under ML-MF and they are:
- Career Coaching Classes
- Profession Mentoring Sessions
- Life Development Training
This programme targets youth starting from 9th STD up to job seekers trying to answer all questions related to a young person’s personal and professional life...
Methodology
We do this is 2 phases. In phase 1 we conduct a Profession Suitability Assessment which will enable them to:
- Identify their suitable Career field.
- Measure their Academic skills.
- Assess their Emotional stability.
- Explain their Personality.
In 2nd phase, the students will be coached to plan their career path and develop Life Skills which will help them to achieve their goal and also being a responsible individual and professional.
